so it's finished. 80 ounces of lemon water, and a cup of tea later, and i have a headache and desire to sleep. Hopefully the "energy" others talked of appear tomorrow.

Oh I can't wait to hear how it all turns out! I've toyed with the idea but am a little too scared. I hear some pretty nasty stuff comes out of your body. But then I guess it's good it's no longer in your body. Good luck my good man!
