Thanksgiving Weekend....

due to some family decisions, my thanksgiving weekend has suddenly freed up. I'm open to suggestions on where to go. I'd like to explore a new city, or visit one i haven't seen in a while. Any thoughts from the peanut gallery? Comment below...

Will i ever be an "adult"....

So saturday night we went out for a friends birthday party. Somehow, in the span of one night, i managed to lock myself out of an apartment (even though i had the keys), sleep in someone else's car, and then pass out outside the front door. who does that? seriously, is there a point when we actually become adults?

Caffeine Free Diet Dr. Pepper

Tastes like regular dr. pepper. has no caffeine or sugar. If only they could make this come out of the faucet. I would be the happiest man ever.

Rap Video Girls...

there are so many of them, and they are pretty hot. where do they go when they are not shooting videos? are they all with r&b artists? it seems like a 3-1 ration of girls to usher-types. there must be some sort of holding pen.

Cubs are cooked

I'm done for this season - bring on the bulls and the bears. And maybe even the Blackhawks. For now is the season of chicago sports teams whose names start with B.
I guess i could root for the white sox also. but that would require learning the players on the team.

Microsoft is starting a baseball team...

They just hired a coo from wal-mart and gave him a $7 million signing bonus. I heard he averaged .328 playing SS for the wal-mart in the fortune 500 softball league, which is why gates wanted him - someone to offer ballmer protection in the lineup. But really, If you worked at wal-mart, and then someone offered you that kind of money. Do you instinctively try to "roll-back prices?" I wonder if he comes with his own RFID installed....

Trojan Condom Ad

has anyone seen this trojan condom ad where the couple listens to the same song on an ipod - by sharing the earbuds? It's the weirdest thing i've ever seen. It's supposed to be about STDs and using a condom, but it's a little weird i think. check it out at Trojan's website
